Katie Baron lives in Sussex County, NJ with the daddy (Joe) and me (Archer) and Geordi. She loves kids and was a Girl Scout leader for 22 years. I think she transferred her passion for empowering girls to empowering therapy dog teams, lol.

Momma has 3 human kids (a girl & 2 boys), but they’re not babies; they are all grown up and none of them live in NJ, so Geordi and I are her babies ❤️

Momma loves to garden and grows vegetables and has a butterfly garden in our local community garden.

Momma is quirky and fun! She drives a car that looks like a lady bug! And her mantra is “Every day should have a little bit of whimsy.” She can be very silly at times! During covid, she made dozens of fairy houses out of our recyclables and hid them all over our neighborhood for folks to find when they went for a walk. 🧚🛖

If I had to sum up my momma, I would say that she likes to help people and make people happy. I’m so happy that I get to do it with her 🥰

I bet it’s a surprise to you that Emily looks so young. That’s because she is! She just turned 11 a couple of months ago!

Emily lives in New Jersey with her parents and her sister. Emily loves all animals, but especially cats, dogs and horses. She even likes snakes – ewww! She loves horseback riding! 🏇

When Emily grows up she wants to be a zoologist and retire in North Carolina 🏖️ – talk about having a life plan!

Did you know that Emily was the first child to read to me at the Read to a Dog program at the library? I was nervous, and we were set up outside because of Covid, but Emily read to me and pet me and made me feel right at home.
